DUo cantore – pignatta
The Cantore–Pignatta Duo was born from the meeting of Claudia Cantore and Carlo Pignatta during a concert training program. After several years of studying together, they decided in 2023 to bring this project to life, aiming to explore the classical guitar repertoire in a duo setting. Their debut took place in 2024 as part of the Murge Music Festival in Mottola (TA).
They present a program composed entirely of original works for guitar duo, exploring the most distinctive musical languages of the 20th and 21st centuries, as well as the different composers who have highlighted the guitar in diverse ways.
